Philosophy of science in Iran is an almost new field. This field was established 
nearly two decades ago and now its master's and doctoral courses are held in the country.
 The Institute of Humanities and Cultural Studies, with the publication of the first scientific-research
 journal in this field, tries to publish the latest findings of researchers, faculty members and students
 in this field, to form a "specialized community of philosophy of science" and expand studies in this field
